I have been considering starting this section for a while. To just come here and post updates on the latest adverts in India every week. So here’s the first instalment of the advert launched this past week.
Kotak Life: Say Yes to your loved ones
This cute ad captures the aspirations of thousands of Indians who wish for a better future. It weaves a beautiful set of stories around its brand and the millions of lives it helps improve.
Boldcare Condoms: Anurag Kashyap and Samay Raina
If you haven’t yet watched this ad, then you must. This is pure entertainment. I loved the humor in this story acted out perfectly by Samay Raina and Anurag Kashyap. It is definitely different from the usual steamy sexual adverts by condom brands.
Tata Harrier EV: Potholes – Perfect road for Tata Harrier
It has been a while since any Indian brand stood up for the Indian democracy and real Indian issues in daily life. Hats off to Tata Harrier team to brilliantly scoop up the pathetic conditions of Indian roads to its own advantage.
The Health Factory: IMPOSSIBLE! Milind Soman ko The Health Factory nahi pata?!Milind Soman
First and foremost, I was shocked to see a bread advert. I mean it’s bread, a commodity with extremely low shelf life without preservatives. So, I was very skeptical from the start. But I was also wondering how a bread company affords an advert with Milind Soman in it. Anyway, the advert itself is ok and does a good job of creating good brand recall. Effective and interesting.
