Brand Equity
Brand equity is the perceived value of brand. It is the real estate a brand occupies in the mind of a consumer. Different organisations have developed different ways of measuring their brand’s value. But more often than not, the usual parameters are measured in terms of:
- Brand Loyalty
- Brand Awareness
- Willingness to pay a price premium
- Willingness to recommend, etc
The stronger the brand scores in these kind of parameters, the stronger its equity will be.
